2	B.Com.LL.B.(Hons.)5 Year Integrated Course	The applicants who have obtained 10+2 Higher Secondary Pass Certificate or First Degree Certificate after prosecuting Studies in distance or correspondence method shall also be considered as eligible for admission in the Integrated Five Years Course.
Note		The applicants who have obtained 10+2 through Open Universities system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission in the law courses.” As per provision and explanation to Rule 5 (b) of Bar Council of India Rules of Legal Education, 2008
3	LL.B. 3 Year Course	(i) Those candidates who have passed Bachelor’s degree in any faculty of the Panjab University with at least 45% of the aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST candidates). Or (ii) A Bachelor’s degree in any faculty of any Other University recognized as equivalent to the corresponding degree of the Panjab University with at least 45% of the aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) Or (iii) Master’s Degree in any subject from the Panjab University. Or (iii) A Master’s degree from any other University recognized as equivalent to the corresponding postgraduate degree of the Panjab University

4.Financial Aid – Need Based (B.A.LL.B & B.Com.LL.B 5 year Course).

With a view to facilitate access to higher education ,Students whose parental income from all sources is not more than Rs. 2,50,000/- per annum are eligible to avail this scholarships. Eligible candidate will be get upto Rs. 7000 concession in yearly academic fees.

5. Financial Aid – Need Based (LL.B 3 year Course).

With a view to facilitate access to higher education ,Students whose parental income from all sources is not more than Rs. 2,50,000/- per annum are eligible to avail this scholarships. Eligible candidate will be get upto Rs. 5000 concession in yearly academic fees.
6. Scholarship scheme for Panjab University toppers:

Students who secure their position in Panjab University Top 5 meritorious list are entitled for this scholarship.

For B.A.LL.B & B.Com.LL.B 5 year Course

For B.A./B.Com. LLB, The students, who grab position in top 1 to 2 , will entitle to get 5000 concession on their fee and students who grab position in top 3 to 5, will entitled to get 3000 concession on their fee in next semester .i.e who secure 1^st position in 1^st sem shall entitle 5000 in 3^rd sem fee and who secure 3^rd position in 2^nd sem shall entitle 3000 in 4^th sem fee

For LL.B 3 year Course

For LLB, The students, who grab position in top 1 to 2 , will entitle to get 3000 concession on their fee and students who grab position in top 3rd to 5^th , will entitled to get 2000 concession on their fee in next semester .i.e who secure 1^st position in 1^st sem shall entitle 3000 in 3^rd sem fee and who secure 3^rd   position in 2^nd sem shall entitle 2000 in 4^th sem fee

7. Conditions

Note:
1.    Only 01 concession/or scholarship on higher side is applicable. In Exceptional cases two, with the previous approval of principal and Admission coordinators applicable
2.    The Candidate must maintain good academic performance including attendance, without supplementary/ backlog exams. Failure to do so will result in the discontinuation of their scholarship and concession with immediate effect (May be continued with special permission of the Principal of the college )
3.   The concession will continue in the next year only based on consistent academic (applicable Even semester except 1^st sem) performance in the class

5.   If any student is found engaging in illegal activities or violating College rules and regulations,

      their scholarship and concession will be discontinued with immediate effect.

6.   For scholarships and concessions, students will need to submit their applications and performa to the Principal office along with all attested certificates and papers.
